Yuxiang provides three kinds of processing methods of tantalum crucibles. Stamping tantalum crucible, sintered tantalum crucible and welding tantalum crucible.

Surgical unalloyed (pure) tantalum metal is available in two grades – R05200 and R05400. Tantalum UNS R05200 and Tantalum UNS R05400 are equally suitable for surgery. The two products have identical requirements concerning max metallic contents of e.g. Niobium, Iron, Titanium, Tungsten, Nickel and Molybdenum. The R05400 products are allowed a slight higher oxygen content. Their mechanical properties are almost similar.

Tantalum Sheet (plate) can be grouped into tantalum plate, tantalum strip and tantalum foil according to different sizes. Yuxiang provides tantalum sheet(plate) in a wide range of thicknesses and widths. We can cut to precise dimensions with very tight tolerances.

Metallic hot zones are made for very high temperatures between 1000 degC (1 832degF) and 2 800 degC (5 072 degF). As a specialist in refractory metals we delivers molybdenum and tungsten hot zones with an excellent form stability and lifetime.
