Digitally-Driven Progress: Reaching a Key Project Milestone  

On March 6, 2026 (the 18th day of the first lunar month), the groundbreaking ceremony for the core equipment foundation project at the Yuxiang Technology New Materials Manufacturing Base was successfully held, marking the substantive commencement of the construction phase for the new materials production platform. This high-precision equipment foundation project is scheduled for full-process delivery by the end of March, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of core equipment.  

 

Laying a Solid Foundation with a Commitment to Quality

The equipment foundation under construction serves as the critical load-bearing base for the entire production system. It is custom-designed for core process equipment, including a 6000-ton fast forging press, a 1-meter automatic two-high rolling mill, a four-high reversible rolling mill, an ALD vacuum arc remelting furnace, a 6-meter heat treatment furnace, and 10-meter/8-meter high-precision gantry machining centers. As the "cornerstone" ensuring the stable operation of the production line, the construction quality and installation precision of the foundation project directly determine the calibration efficiency, commissioning timeline, and long-term operational stability of subsequent high-end equipment. It represents the first critical line of defense in guaranteeing exceptional product quality.  

 

Unlocking Production Capacity and Expanding Market Applications

Once the project is completed and operational, the production of core materials such as titanium alloys, high-temperature titanium alloys, niobium-titanium superconducting alloys, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloys, and tungsten alloys, along with their deep-processed products, will enter a phase of rapid, large-scale manufacturing. Leveraging the company's established core processes and existing global customer resources, these products will comprehensively address the following high-potential application areas:  

High-End Manufacturing and Defense Sectors: Aerospace (supporting C919/C929 commercial aircraft and aviation engines), defense equipment, and components for nuclear industry applications.  
Civilian and Technology Sectors: Medical implants (such as artificial joints and dental implants), diamond cultivation, core structural components for humanoid robots, thermal management parts for AI computing equipment, and critical structures for energy storage systems.  
Consumer Sectors: High-end jewelry, outdoor performance equipment, and other consumer applications.
