Tantalum can be made into welded tube and seamless tube which are all widely used in chemical industry. Seamless tube is made by extruding, hole shrinkage or plate deep drawing. Welded tube is made by forming a strip first, then shape it into tube, finally weld the seam with GTAW.

Tantalum Niobium Alloy Tube Pipe (Ta-Nb Tube Ta-Nb Pipe)

Tantalum is ductile and highly resistant to acid corrosion. It has a high melting point and is a good heat and electricity conductor. Niobium, also known as columbium, is frequently alloyed with Tantalum for applications requiring heat-resisting and combustion equipment.

Tantalum Rod

Tantalum Rods/Bars are made of tantalum ingots. They can be used in the chemical industry and oil industry due to its corrosion resistance. Tantalum Marker Ring Capillarity Tube

Surgical unalloyed (pure) tantalum metal is available in two grades – R05200 and R05400. Tantalum UNS R05200 and Tantalum UNS R05400 are equally suitable for surgery. The two products have identical requirements concerning max metallic contents of e.g. Niobium, Iron, Titanium, Tungsten, Nickel and Molybdenum. The R05400 products are allowed a slight higher oxygen content. Their mechanical properties are almost similar.

Tantalum Sheet

Tantalum Sheet (plate) can be grouped into tantalum plate, tantalum strip and tantalum foil according to different sizes. Yuxiang provides tantalum sheet(plate) in a wide range of thicknesses and widths. We can cut to precise dimensions with very tight tolerances.

Tantalum Sputtering Target

Yuxiang provides a wide selection of purity and shapes of Tantalum sputtering target to meet different requirements of customers. Compared to other deposition methods, sputtered films have a better adhesion on the substrate, and materials with very high melting points such as tantalum (melting point 2998C) can be easily sputtered.
